Mount Shasta Easter Sundog

Hi There,

It's been quite a while since I've posted to my blog, but Easter Sunday seems to be a good time to renew and rejuvenate my presence here.

This morning while I was contemplating with my Master Self how best to be in this day, the message was 'just be' or 'Be'. There is no need to apologize for being myself. Of course, intellectually I know that, but the Inner Child grew up with all kinds of somewhat interesting limiting beliefs along the way.

In any case, as I started my day, just being, I decided to stop at a local store for a couple of small items. As I pulled in, there were 3 or 4 guys all standing in the parking lot, holding up their hands and looking up at the sun. I heard one of them mention something about a sun dog. It wasn't real pronounced and I would have missed it entirely if I hadn't decided to stop and see if they were even open on Easter Morning.

The blessing is that the sun dog lasted long enough for me to go home, get my cameras and drive to the nearby Gateway Peace Garden and take several pictures of the sun dog. Here is one of the more fun ones taken with the Peace Pole as part of the focus for Peace and Hope on Earth at this time. I take it as a great sign that the sun dog appeared today.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate this sacred day. Happy Renewal And Rejuvenation to all in this season of rebirth and regeneration. It is a time for new beginnings. Let Peace and Hope be partners on your path.
